The SRC

represents students' interests and opinions.

provides students with the opportunity to share in school decision making.

develops students' leadership skills, responsibility, self esteem and independence.

develops students' communication skills.

initiates and coordinates activities that will benefit the school community.

improves relationships between students and their peers as well as students and staff.

involves students in both social and organisational problem solving within the school.

Membership
The SRC comprises of two representatives from each class Years 2-6.
Class representatives are elected by a secret ballot.
Captains and prefects are automatically members.
Class representatives hold the position for one year. -
